Come to one of our focus group meetings where you can tell us what you think. These will take place in four venues spread throughout Sandwell – see the document for download at the bottom of this article for dates and venue details.

We have a questionnaire about the services available through Independent Living Centre. You can complete and return this online at or you can request a copy and email it back to us on This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . We can post you a copy of the questionnaire.

Come to a drop-in session, details of these are overleaf. These are opportunities to give us your views and, if you wish, to complete the questionnaire with assistance, if you need it.

If you plan to come to one of these sessions and know roughly what time you expect to be there, please call, text or email us in advance as this will help us to plan. If you can’t contact us in advance, please do still come along to one of these sessions if you can.

If you need an interpreter so that you can join in a focus group or a drop-in session, please let us know in advance so that we can do our best to meet your needs.
Sign language interpreters will be there on the day.

If you want to tell us what you think without coming to a meeting, please use our freephone, geographic, SMS or email contact details overleaf. Contact us to make a time when we can chat to you for as long as you need.

We need to finish getting people’s views about Ideal for All and the Independent Living Centre by 5pm on Friday the 27th of July at the very latest, so please get involved and let us know what you think as soon as you can.
