Payroll Bureau

The Payroll Bureau is available to all employers, small businesses and social enterprises. As an employer it is a legal requirement that you pay staff salaries at the time they are due. You must also deduct any tax and national insurance contributions due to Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs (HMRC). We can simplify things for you and help you through our payroll bureau.

We can:

  • Set you up as an employer with HMRC.

  • Calculate how much tax and national insurance you need to deduct from each employees gross pay.

  • Make all necessary deductions from employee's pay such as tax and national insurance (NI).

  • Advise you of net pay you need to pay each employee.

  • Provide you with pay slips for all your staff.

  • Prepare your tax and NI payments to HMRC.

  • Prepare end of year documentation for HMRC.

  • Provide your employees with P45s and P60s as required.

  • Provide you with time sheets if required.

  • Deal with statutory sick pay and statutory maternity pay as required.
